Questions about the calendars

Can emojis and special characters be printed?

Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese or Cyrillic characters, as well as other special characters cannot be printed. If these have been selected, they will be shown as spaces or boxes when printed. It is therefore important to only use letters from the Latin alphabet on the keyboard. Umlauts and normal punctuation marks can of course be printed. If you would still like to have special characters, then write us an email and we will create a special design for you.

Do you control my personalization?

Our ordering process is completely automated and production is carried out shortly after the order is placed. Therefore, the responsibility for spell checking lies with the customer. We do not make any subsequent changes and the goods are printed as ordered after 8 hours and shown in your order confirmation and in the preview.

How do I hang the calendar on the wall?

Can the installation be done without drilling?
There are several ways to attach the calendar to the wall without drilling. Our customers have already implemented creative ideas, such as using a rope that is threaded through the holes or attaching the wall brackets by gluing instead of drilling. These methods have proven to be effective and keep the calendar securely on the wall.

How do I write & clean the calendar?

We recommend chalk pens for all calendars. Chalk pens are similar to whiteboard markers, but they offer better visibility (the ink is not translucent like whiteboard markers), they won't accidentally wipe away when you run your hand over them, and they won't leave a smudge when you wipe them away. You can also use dry-erase markers.

The best way to clean the calendar is with a damp microfiber cloth without any special cleaning products. 😇

Can I change my personalization after purchase?

If you change your mind about your design or notice an error, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order with your change requests by email to support@wunsch-kalender.de . After that, unfortunately, no changes are possible, as we print each design as quickly as possible to ensure that all calendars arrive on time.

Are the calendars also available with white font?

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer free shipping for our customers in Germany.🚚🇩🇪

Shipping to Austria costs 15€ for each order 🚛🇦🇹

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free.

Shipping costs to Austria amount to 15€.

For prices for other countries, please send us an email. We will then be happy to check the shipping costs for you individually 💌

Can I have my package delivered to a Packstation?

For small products we offer the option of having your package delivered to a Packstation. However, this does not apply to our large calendars. Please note that we use the delivery service GLS or DPD for shipping to Packstations. A DHL Packstation unfortunately does not work.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our calendars are usually delivered within 5-8 days, as each calendar is individually personalized. Due to high demand, there may occasionally be a slight delay of a few days. For our wish light, the delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.

Can I track my order with a tracking number?

Yes, if you have a calendar or a wish light Once you have ordered, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track your order. This way you can always keep track of the status of your delivery.

However, if you have only ordered accessories alone, the shipment will be made as a large letter via Deutsche Post and no tracking number will be provided.

Please note that when ordering markers together with a calendar, the markers are included in the calendar package and can therefore also be tracked with the calendar's tracking number.

Is express shipping also possible?

Yes, we also offer express shipping. If you want to receive your order particularly quickly, you can choose express shipping. However, please note that there is an additional charge of 20€ for express shipping.

To use express shipping, please contact our customer support. They will provide you with all further information and ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

My order

Where can I find my invoice?

After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. In this email you will find a link to the invoice. Simply click on the link to view and download your invoice. If you cannot find the order confirmation email or need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you.

Can I change my delivery address later?

Yes, you can change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been produced or shipped. You can contact us within the first 8 hours of placing your order to notify us of the change. After this period, the possibility of a change depends on the production phase. We cannot guarantee a successful address change. Please contact us as early as possible to change the delivery address. Note that changes can lead to delivery delays, so please check your delivery address carefully during the order process.

I received an incomplete or damaged delivery, what should I do?

If you have received an incomplete or damaged delivery, we ask you to contact our customer support immediately. You can reach us by email or phone. Please have your order number and a detailed description of the problem ready so that we can help you quickly.

Our customer support team will investigate your issue and find a suitable solution. We will either resend you missing items or offer a partial refund or replacement if the products are damaged.

My package didn't arrive, what now?

Don't panic, we'll get it sorted! Let's first answer the following questions: Have you checked the location of your package using your tracking number? Has it been more than 8 days since you ordered it? Was the address you provided complete and correct? You don't have a yellow slip in your mailbox and your neighbors haven't accepted anything either?

If you still don't know where your package is after answering these questions, please contact our customer service so that we can work together to find out what the cause might be. Don't worry, everything always gets sorted out.

I couldn't receive my package & it was returned. Can you redeliver it?

If your package could not be delivered due to your absence and was returned to us, please feel free to contact our customer support. Please note that redelivery will incur an additional fee of 6€ to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Our customer support team will discuss the details with you and arrange reshipment once the fee is paid. We want to make sure you receive your order, but please understand that due to the reshipping costs, we must charge this fee.

Cancellation & Return

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, returns are not possible for personalized items such as our custom calendars as they are made specifically to your individual specifications.

For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 14 days as long as the items are still sealed in their original packaging and the protective film has not been removed. Please contact our customer support first to arrange the return before returning the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned items and found that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price. We check each item thoroughly. Please understand that we cannot accept damaged or used items.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return myself?

Yes, you must cover the shipping costs for returns yourself. We ask for your understanding that we cannot cover return costs. Please note that you should choose the appropriate shipping service provider for returns and ensure that the return is properly packaged to avoid possible damage during transport.
